WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE PRODUCTS?
READY STOCK | Your parcel will be delivered from our studio in 1-2 working days.
PRE-ORDER | Please contact us *Please note that orders placed on weekends (Friday – Sunday) or any public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
*Bulk orders might take longer to produce. In such cases, we will contact you personally to notify you of the shipping details.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARCEL IS DAMAGED OR GONE MISSING?
All items will be delivered in excellent condition and the responsibility for the package ends when it leaves our hands.
In cases where a parcel is lost/damaged/returned for any reason other than us, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a complaint to the shipping carrier. The customer is responsible to pay an additional shipping fee for any unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect mailing address.
CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
We do not accept any product returns unless it is defective or incorrect. Please provide us the photos of the defective/wrongly delivered items via email hello@vasecreation.com or contact us via phone/WhatApps +（60）11-6412 8902, and our team will assist you.
I AM A MUSLIM, CAN I USE YOUR PRODUCT?
Yes, you can. Our products are certified halal-test, and Halal-Friendly. Please contact us if you need any assistance.
CAN PREGNANT WOMEN AND KIDS USE YOUR PRODUCTS?
All products can be used throughout your pregnancy and breastfeeding stages, and also the products are safe to use by children 5 years of age & above. However, since everyone has differing sensitivity to aromatherapy, it is best to check with a physician.
WHERE IS THE ORIGIN OF VASE CREATION?
The origin of Vase Creation is Malaysia. We source only the highest quality raw materials from Malaysia, Japan, France, United State while our workshop in Perak & Klang Valley, Malaysia.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN AND CONTAIN NON-HORMONES OR PRESERVATIVES?
Our products does not contain any animal products and we do not agree or use any animals in the testing of our products. Our products contain no additional hormones, preservatives or animal products have been used in the process and we're 100% paraben-free.
I'VE PURCHASED YOUR PRODUCTS AND FOUND OUT THAT I'M ALLERGIC TO THE PRODUCTS. CAN I GET A REFUND?
At the moment, we don't have a refund policy. However, please contact us via email (hello@vasecreation.com) and explain to us the situation. We will do our best to assist you.
DO YOU DELIVER WORLDWIDE? AND WHAT ARE THE CHARGES?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping and it depends on where you are located, if you can’t find your country listed in our check out page, please contact us and we will let you know the cost of shipping in which the buyer has to bear responsibility for the cost.
Delivery of products is not liable to Vase Studio should there be any losses or damage during the delivery process.
Returns/Refunds/Exchanges will be processed within 7-14 business days of acknowledgment.
